PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — A log truck was involved in a rollover crash around 2:30 Friday afternoon.
At least two other vehicles were damaged when the logs spilled off the truck.
One log went through the back window of one of the vehicles, injuring a passenger sitting in the back, according to the Pender County Emergency Management.
The injured person was taken to the hospital.
The accident took place near the intersection of Highway 421 and 53 between Burgaw and Atkinson.
